We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via PayPal. Paypal is a safe and secure option of online payment. Your financial details are not viewed by us or stored by us and are securely processed via Paypal and their SSL encryption. You are not required to have a Paypal Account to purchase through Trains & Tutus, but if you already have a Paypal Account you can use it. We also accept Direct Bank Deposit and items will be shipped once payment has been cleared, please note this may take up to 3 days. To direct debit into our account, please contact us after checkout for our bank details.
When an item is no longer available, we make every effort to remove it from our website in a timely manner. If for some reason the item ordered is unavailable, you will be contacted via e-mail (business days only). You will have the option to cancel your order, substitute the product or back-order your item.
We endevour to describe our products as accurately as possible. However in some instances there may be a slight variation in colour and/or size specifications.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable and you will need to cover the costs. In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss an exchange or refund once item has been returned to us. Please note refunds are not provided for change of mind or on sale items.
